(Against) William Dunckin son of John Dunckin The information is given by Thomas Miller (English) On which (day and) in which (place) the said Dunckin appeared and confessed (English) wherefore the lord (judge) enjoined confession for him and admonished him to perform the same as (set forth) in the schedule and to certify thereto on 31 August next. (Against) William (blank) (English)
Against Henry Thorne as above. On which (day and) in which (place) the lord (judge) determined that the said Thorne, who, having been diligently sought, was hiding and was not found and nor did he appear, was to be cited by ways and means on 31 August next. On which day, the said Thorne appeared and the lord (judge) enjoined confession for him and admonished him to perform the same as (set forth) in the schedule and to certify thereto at the next (court day), that is, 22 March next. (A writ of excommunication) has been issued. °And on 4 March 1591/2 the aforesaid Tomson appeared before Master William Revell, Bachelor of Laws
    ...
and he requested the benefice of absolution, etc, and the lord (judge) absolved him at his petition, an oath having been taken by him, with (the holy gospels having been) touched, and he confessed that the article charged (against him) aforesaid was true.
