    Great Linton manor was held by the Parys family from 1425 to 1672, and by Philip Parys, treasurer to Bishop Stephen Gardiner, in the 1530s (VCH:Cambridgeshire, vol 6, pp 84–6, British History Online, https://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/cambs/vol6/pp80-105, accessed 17 September 2021).

    The manorial court was held under William Reymond.

    1509–47; Latin; parchment and paper; 36 membranes total, individual membranes with writing on both sides (continuous only to individual membranes), outer membrane unattached, remaining 35 membranes attached at the top; 140mm–830mm x 210mm–304mm; unnumbered; fair condition.
