And on 10 December 1617, with the original citation being shown by William Olecorne, apparitor, etc, he is cited, and, when he was summoned, he did not appear. He is expected on the next (court day).
And on 18 March 1617 the said
Nicholson summoned, being sought out, was not found, and when he was
summoned he did not (appear) appeared. The lord judge dismissed him with
a solemn warning, etc, to pay 17d at the next (court day).
And on 17 June 1618, the said Nicholson is cited, and when he was summoned, he did not appear. He is suspended.
