Notatur that he had company daunseinge & playeinge in his howse vpon Sunday beinge the xviijth of ffebruary in service time Emanauit citacio &c. in xvjtum diem Martij 1598. Quo die facta preconizacione &c. comparuit dictus ffuller et obiecto ei articulo &c. inficiatus est eundem esse verum, vnde Dominus monuit eum ad interessendum proximo die Iuridico ad audiendum eius vlter voluntatem viz. xxiijo die Martij proximo Quo die comparuit dictus ffuller et Dominus monuit eum ad interessandum proximo inuinxit ei confessionem et monuit eum ad peragendum eandem et ad certificandum inde proximo viz. xxxo die Martij proximo Quo die comparuit et certificauit et sic dimittitur./

    A report has been made (English) A citation has been issued, etc, on 16 March 1598. On which day, a summons was made, etc, the said Fuller appeared and, when he was charged with the article, etc, he confessed that the same (article) was true, wherefore the lord (judge) admonished him to be present on the next law-day to hear his further will, namely, on 23 March next. On which day, the said Fuller appeared and the lord (judge) admonished him to be present on the next enjoined confession for him, and admonished him to perform the same and to certify on the next (law-day), namely, 30 March. On which day, he appeared and certified, and so is dismissed.
    The said Fuller
    paid 3 s. 7 d. at the next
    On 23 March 1598, in the church of the parish of St Mary the Great near the market of the town of Cambridge before Master Doctor Hill, the said Fuller appeared and openly in the court (English) wherefore the lord (judge) enjoined suspension confession for the same Fuller, and admonished him to perform the same and to certify in that regard on 30 March next. On which day, he appeared and certified and so is dismissed
